Marie Gillane
Marie has over 7 years experience in IT and business consulting. With a background in project management, business analysis and system test, she has been engaged in a number of projects from concept to realisation.
Marie's key skills lie in her ability to listen, absorb customers' priorities and requirements quickly and champion these priorities throughout the project lifecycle. She brings a very practical, hands-on approach to her work and manages both her and her team's responsibilities rigorously.
Managing large teams, which have often combined Vici consultants, client employees and contractors, Marie has gained a reputation for delivering to the customers' satisfaction within budget and against aggressive timelines. Most recently she has project managed the redevelopment of a policy management system for one of the UK's leading Insurance companies, redesigned a credit lending system for a banking organisation and delivered an internal web facility for an Irish airline.
On completion of a BSc in Applied Computing, Marie worked with Digital for 2 years in the role of developer and business analyst.
