Based on the success of previous implementations, Vici consultants were requested to assist in establishing post-production support procedures for the UK implementation of the suite of applications.
The UK was the largest European implementation of the application suite, having multiple locations, significant business volumes and complex as well as diversified policy and claims processes.
Following successful launch into the UK a number of post-production issues arose which required action. Vici consultants were engaged in establishing post-production support services to the business users to ensure their issues were addressed in a timely and effective manner.
This assignment involved:
- a thorough up-front analysis of the issues, highlighting the business impact of each
- coordination of relevant resources - both technical and business - to ensure the correct action was taken, and
- tracking issues against progress and reporting to senior business and technology management.
