Vici Consultants worked on the delivery and implementation of a suite of systems for the world's leading international insurance and financial services organisation, with operations in approximately 130 countries and jurisdictions. They offered an opportunity to work with leading edge technologies and experience in implementing throughout Ireland and the UK.
As the world leader they had an international agenda: To develop a suite of systems, which would process all lines of business including Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Financial Lines, Accident & health and Claims which could be deployed to each of their offices worldwide.
The suite included both front-end underwriting and back-end accounting systems and replaced existing legacy AS400 systems. Implementation involved full end-to-end development and the conversion of data from the old legacy database to the new S3 database.
Members of Vici Consulting were engaged in the implementation of the application suite in Ireland and the UK. As well as management of specific areas of the system implementation, we were specifically engaged in the following:
