Vici Consultants were offered an opportunity to work on a project, which was a joint venture between one of the leading players within the US credit card industry and a leading European bank. The company was setup to manage each banks credit card acquiring business and to provide the most secure, cost effective and comprehensive card payment acquiring processing system in Europe. Central to the project was the migration of the European Banks merchant base to a new platform, one capable of supporting the new ventures challenging business targets. Vici consultants were involved in the management of the migration of credit card acquiring business to this new entity. Our involvement in this project was successful in all aspects of our delivery, we achieved all project milestones within the required timelines and budget. The technology build delivered was capable of supporting the growth goals over the following three-year period. |
