An opportunity with one of Ireland's leading life and pension providers offered Vici Consultants experience in product evaluation and gap analysis. The customer required a replacement for their legacy pension processing system. Vici consultants worked with them to identify and assess the cost, suitability, limitations and risks involved in each of the markets 5 leading product providers. In addition we identified the cost and limitations of the customer undertaking a custom build. Vici consultants worked with the client to identify their business, technical and data requirements. These requirements were matched against each of the vendors' products. An implementation estimate was provided to the client, which incorporated development, licensing & postproduction costs of a product buy versus an in-house custom build. |
