Vici Consultants have worked with Irelands number one provider of banking services. The Bank required support in the redesign and development of their credit lending applications. Restructuring of the existing application was required to resolve performance and customer satisfaction concerns. We worked with the banks project management team to define and document their business and technical requirements, support their project management team and develop user acceptance testing plans and strategy. The introduction of standards and structures, around commitment and ownership, within the project teams was implemented successfully and introduced as part of the banks generic project guidelines. |
